Small classes suitable for beginners incorporating yoga and somatic movement, breath work, Myofascial Release and self massage techniques, mindful movement and fun. Each class will focus on a particular theme, be it balance, coordination or core strength etc. Skills can be used in your daily life as functional tools, promoting freedom of movement and structural integration.
Most of you are aware that in addition to my group yoga sessions I provide private 1:1 yoga & Pilates instruction and Sports/therapeutic Massage.
